What happens when you start a program.

Charges

Online checkout starts one elected official with a $999 one-time setup charge and a $349 monthly program charge. The $2.50 charge for each physical piece mailed is billed from the printer-confirmed final mailed quantity after a mailing. Stripe displays the initial checkout amount before payment.

If the program will cover several officials or offices, talk with us before purchasing so the setup and monthly total can be confirmed.

Office approval

The office supplies or approves its official information. A final proof must be approved before production, and a changed proof requires another review.

Account and billing

After verified payment, Civic Welcome creates office access for the buyer email. Authorized billing users can view invoices and open Stripe's Customer Portal for payment and subscription management.

Each office is responsible for its budget, procurement process, legal authority and final content approval. Read the Florida law summary and complete your office's own review before purchasing.
