How Civic Welcome handles information.

The program needs contact, office and mailing information to set up an account and deliver approved welcome mail.

Information you provide

The purchase form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, office or organization, jurisdiction, elected official and title. Authorized users may also provide account details, official photos, office information, mailing lists, proofs and approval records in the workspace. Calendly collects information you enter when scheduling a call.

How the program uses it

Civic Welcome uses this information to process a purchase, set up office access, coordinate design and mailing work, record reviews and approvals, provide support and maintain billing records. Mailing information is used for the office's approved production work.

Services involved

Stripe handles checkout and billing. Calendly handles meeting scheduling. Supabase supports account access and program records. Vercel hosts the site and provides site analytics. The applicable service may process information needed for its part of the program.

Creator designs

If you choose to create a card, the office information, resident resources, design direction and selected images are sent to our AI design provider, OpenAI, to make a visual concept. Civic Welcome stores your designs and prior versions in a private workspace. Do not enter resident mailing lists or private personal information in Creator fields.

Questions about your information

If you need to ask about information you provided to Civic Welcome, schedule a conversation with our team.
